superb location helpful staff lacking cleanliness steep stairs

The location was superb. The water bus stop was very close. The staff was helpful, and the hotel's interior design was stylish.

I found the cleanliness lacking. Dust was present, and the shower wasn't properly cleaned. The stairs were also steep, though there was a small lift.

the location was convenient near the waterbus stop.

The shower hadn't been properly cleaned, i noticed. there was dust throughout the room. the cleanliness really let the hotel down. It was basic but not well kept.
